Downdog + Crow
We will begin this three-hour aerial workshop by exploring the ways in which aerial yoga can strengthen and tone the body. Following 75mins of dynamic movement, including inversions to decompress the spine, we will have a short break for tea and then return to swings for a restorative aerial yoga session which will gently relax the body.
Suitable for all levels, though please contact beforehand if you've recently had injuries, illness or surgery.
Only eight places are available, so book early to avoid disappointment!
